Your guests may begin arriving after the first hour, and the ceremony will take place in the last hour.

The Details
Florals & Décor
We are offering our custom burgundy, navy, and dusty rose floral package for our Afterglow Elopements. This stunning collection features chrysanthemums, roses, peonies, and lush greenery.
The best part is that we are going to decorate everything, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Let us know in advance if you will have anyone in your wedding party, and we'll have their flowers ready to borrow when you arrive. This floral package will include the use of 1 showcase bouquet, up to 3 attendant's bouquets, up to 4 boutonnieres, ring bearer pillow and box, flower girl basket and petals, aisle décor, and arch or fireplace swags.
Coordinating Invitations
We are happy to put together coordinating invitations if you are inviting guests. Just let us know how you'd like your names written, and we'll create a custom file for you.​

We can't guarantee the weather, but sunshine, rain, or snow, we've got you covered.
Our goal is to set up the ceremony outside on the dock. If it's actively precipitating during your ceremony time, we'll set up in the Great Room by the fireplace.

Officiating & Marriage Legalization Assistance
What do you need for your marriage license? Our officiant will guide you in the application process based on your county's requirements. We will also craft a custom ceremony that represents your unique desires as a couple and include any traditions that are important to you. After your ceremony, we'll sign your paperwork and help you get it ready to mail in to the appropriate place.
Dressing Suites
Our luxurious dressing suites have everything you need to get ready. You'll have two hours, and each of you is welcome to bring a few of your loved ones to help you get ready if you choose. We offer a garment steamer and iron & ironing board for your use, and each suite is equipped with soaps and towels. We also have lots of extras around in case you forget anything.
Third Floor Loft Suite
Our third floor loft suite is stunning with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a beautiful mural by local artist Keri Sparenga that makes a peaceful background to your special day.
This dressing suite offers a small private deck and incredible views of the woods all around. It has a large attached bathroom, and we have just added a vanity, another mirror, and additional seating.
Second Floor King Suite
Our second floor king suite offers access to the wraparound deck with its own private seating area.
It also has a loveseat, floor length mirror, and a luxurious en suite bathroom.
This suite is decorated seasonally.
Guest Comfort & Entertainment
We will open our downstairs lounge, glow game room, and half bath for guest use approximately one hour before your ceremony time. Outdoor seating will open at the same time, and if your ceremony is indoors, we will open seating upstairs approximately 30 minutes prior to your ceremony to allow you a little more privacy on the upper floors.

Lounge
Our first floor lounge area offers a professional billiards table, big screen TV, karaoke machine, digital pinball and Ms Pac Man, as well as various card games, seating, and convenient access to our downstairs half bathroom.
Glow Game Room
The game room is a fun, black light space with a big screen projector and bean bags, arcade games, and outdoor games like cornhole, giant Jenga and Connect 4, and football toss. When the weather is nice, we can put these out for your guests to use. If it's cold or rainy, they can use them inside the game room.

This room also has customizable LED lights that we will use to match the theme of your elopement. We also provide a photo backdrop with neon sign that reads "Better Together" and a selfie light with a cell phone mount.
Photography
Sharyn considers it an honor to be with you and capture your special day. Sharyn is the owner of the Kingsville Lodge and sister business Arai Photography, and has over a decade of photography experience. ​
Your photography experience will be as customized as your ceremony itself. You choose if you want us in the room for getting ready photos or not. If you're ready early, and you want first look photos or other portraits, Sharyn will be ready.
​
If you choose to invite guests, we'll capture the special moments, the hugs, and the tears. After the ceremony, we can take additional posed portraits with your guests if you wish.
​
If you don't invite guests, we might have time for a more stylized portrait session with just the two of you.
We'll send you sneak peaks the next day, and within 2-3 weeks, we will deliver a minimum of 25-40 digital images with print rights.
