The Kingsville Lodge makes hosting your celebration easy and stress-free. We are now a full-time wedding venue and have carefully chosen every amenity to ensure your celebration goes smoothly and you can focus on making memories and celebrating your love.

The Kingsville Lodge offers various options for ceremony locations, including outdoors in front of the stunning new waterfall feature, indoors in the Great Room, or anywhere else on the property that inspires you.

Ceremony Venue

We include the following with every ceremony rental:

Ceremony Arch: Solid wood hexagonal arch, rug, and large vases
Seating: Willow back guest chairs and extra folding chairs for vendors
Décor: Shepard's hooks, matching mason jars, lanterns, LED candles, sign stands, and vintage string lights
A/V Equipment: JBL Partybox Stage 320 portable party speaker, Bluetooth-enabled karaoke speaker and microphone set
Exclusive Access: Complete privacy for you and your guests

Event Rentals

We have everything you need to host your ceremony, including your choice of floral and décor rentals. Not only is this super convenient, it'll save you lots of time and money over buying new or making your own. If you prefer fresh florals, we just met our neighbors at Lillie Road Farm who would be happy to make you custom pieces to match any of our floral packages. We are happy to introduce you.

Photography: We offer several different options, depending on your preferences and budget, through Arai Photography.
Officiating & Marriage Legalization Assistance: Whether you prefer a custom ceremony that fits your unique love story or just need someone to sign the paperwork, we are here to help.
On Site Assistance: Looking for someone to turn the music on? Keep the trash cans emptied? Our team is happy to help with whatever you need, whether that's set up, decorating, clean up, or other tasks like telling the caterers where to put the food. Ask about on site assistance and decorating services by emailing or calling/texting.

We are happy to recommend local caterers. We keep of list of vendors who have served couples at the Kingsville Lodge before, with options starting at just $15 per person.

Florals: Each of our floral packages includes a showcase bouquet, attendant's bouquets, boutonnieres, arch swags, aisle décor florals, centerpiece florals, arch and chair drapery, and more. Find out more about our available floral packages here.
Linens & Tabletop Decor: This package includes linens, candelabras, LED candles, vases, greenery rings, garlands, charger plates, and more. Find out more here.
Tables: We offer 60" round tables, 8' solid wood rectangular tables, a semicircle sweetheart table, beverage table, and other various folding tables. The round tables, beverage table, and various folding tables are included for use in every Destination Wedding Package.

We provide table and chair carts to make set up easy. Rental packages do not include set up or tear down. We offer an optional on site assistance add-on for help with set up, decorating, cleanup, or other tasks during your event.

Day Of Services

We have a small dedicated team that's ready to serve you on the day of your event. We can help you find anything you need and are happy to work with your chosen vendors.

Dressing Suites

The Kingsville Lodge offers two beautiful and well-appointed dressing suites, the Woodland Loft Suite and the King Suite. Each suite features an attached private bathroom and floor length mirror as well as deck access. Also included is the use of a garment steamer, iron, and ironing board.

The Woodland Loft Suite features a wall of windows with incredible views and an elaborate custom mural by local artist, Keri Sparenga. Featuring woodland creatures, evergreens, a campfire, and a stunning sunset water scene, this beautiful masterpiece is inspired by what you'll find in nature right here at the lodge.

This third-floor space is equipped with a floor length mirror, vanity with stool, LED makeup mirror, and bench seating.

With its high ceilings, wall of windows, and natural lighting, the Woodland Loft Suite also makes a stunning backdrop for your photos.

The second-floor King Suite features an attached private bathroom, sofa, floor length mirror, and deck access.

Overnight Accommodations

Keep your VIPs together. Luxury accommodations for up to 16 guests allow your wedding party to relax, get ready, and celebrate without the commute.

When you stay, the entire property is exclusively available to you, including:

King Suite: 1 King + 1 Single sofabed. Private en suite bath with soaking tub.
Loft suite: 2 Queens + 4 Twins. Private en suite bath with soaking tub.
Guest Suite: 2 Queens

There are a total of 3 1/2 baths at the Kingsville Lodge, including a half bath in the lounge on the lower level, a full bath in the second floor hallway, and en suite bathrooms in both the king and loft suites. Each bathroom offers towels and soaps, and extra supplies are generously stocked in the guest bathroom closet.

Tent camping is also available.

Lounge & Glow Game Room

During celebrations and events, your guests will comfortably flow between the lounge, game room, and the outdoors. The JBL Partybox Stage 320 portable speaker really brings the party to life!

The lounge offers a wet bar, glassware, 55" TV, professional oak billiards table, digital pinball, Ms. Pac Man, and card games. It also has a half bath and is connected to the glow game room.

We always keep an excellent stock of games and things to do in the glow game room. There's something for everyone to do at the Kingsville Lodge!

Outdoor Recreation

With 14 wooded acres and serene views all around, the Kingsville Lodge has much to do outdoors. Take it all in from rocking chair row on the 360 degree deck, or enjoy one of many other outdoor activities.

Enjoy our recreational pond with seasonal waterfall feature, kayaks, a pedal boat, and catch-and-release fishing.

We provide the following yard games so you can expand the party outside when the weather is nice:

We offer plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, etc to feed all of your guests. In addition, we provide the following:

2 drip coffee pots, a large French press, and a single serve French press
Waffle maker, 4-slice toaster
Pressure cooker, crock pot, blender
Beverage dispensers
Serving dishes & utensils
6-burner gas grill (outside)
Salt, pepper, spices, & a starter supply of cooking oil
Paper towels, hand towels, soap, detergent, sponge, scrub brush

Seasonal Charm

We love decorating for the seasons and change the décor for holidays too. We add an impressive 6 trees to our living room from Thanksgiving through mid February as well as snowmen and other winter décor.

You'll also find spring florals and bunnies in March/April, patriotic décor in July, and sunflowers at the start of fall.

We use inclusive décor only.

Check-In & Check-Out

You won't find any long chore lists here! We only ask you to store any rentals, wash your dishes, and take out your trash. We handle the rest, ensuring your departure is as relaxed as your arrival.

Check-out by 11am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available and are always included in our Destination Wedding Packages. Couples booking this package check-in after 11 am and check-out before midnight.

Nights at the Kingsville Lodge
